Say hello to the 2024 Olympic gold medal champions and farewell to soccer legends. The USWNT returns in October with a trio of friendlies.
In their first field appearance since winning gold, the team will take on Iceland and Argentina across the South with games in Austin, Nashville, and Louisville.
Not only are they celebrating their summer accomplishments, but legend Kelley O'Hara will be honored with a retirement ceremony. The former USWNT defender is one of the most accomplished players to represent the club, with 160 caps, four World Cups, and three Olympic appearances. O'Hara announced his international retirement in May and in September ended his career at the club with a season-ending injury. She will be honored at halftime of the game in Nashville.
Whether it's an Olympic final or a friendly first, the USWNT games are one of the most popular sporting events for a reason. And the team has just started its Emma Hayes era.
