Dominic Solanke felt Tottenham's bold and attacking approach paid off as they came from behind to beat Aston Villa 4-1 in the Premier League.
Spurs' frailties were exposed when Morgan Rogers put the visitors ahead in the first half, but Ange Postecolgou's side turned the tide after Brennan Johnson equalized with Son Heung-min's sublime cross.
Solanke then scored a fine double before James Maddison dispatched a wonderful free-kick in added time.
Spurs' commitment to always force action under Postecoglou has attracted some criticism during an uneven start to the season, but they backed up Wednesday's impressive 2-1 Carabao Cup win over Manchester City with another scalp remarkable
Against Crystal Palace, we scored a goal and didn't react well. "Today we did exactly that," Solanke told Sky Sports after doubling his Premier League goal tally this season.

"We've done it many times this season and we always thought we could score a lot of goals with the way we play.
"We adjusted to the way we play. It was quite difficult in the first half. In the first half, we had time to group and discuss what we could improve and I think we took advantage of that in the second half."
Ending a personal drought of six games without finding the back of the net, Solanke added that Tottenham's style of play made it easy for a striker to believe the next goal was imminent. "There were a few games where I didn't score one. I tried to score this goal and I scored two today. I'm happy. I like the first one, a nice finish," he said.
"When we play well, we can score a lot of goals. Today we showed. We've done it several times this season. The way you play is a joy.
