Gunners supporters have been left fuming after the completion of the September international break that saw their captain and Norway midfielder, Martin Odegaard, come back with an injury.
The young Norwegian Odegaard who has featured in all the three premier league games for Arsenal could break into the UEFA Champions League squad and play a pivotal role in ensuring Arsenal remains invincible before the break. However, the absence of this midfielder alongside the suspension of Declan Rice poses a big problem to Arsenal, especially preparing for their North London derby fixture against Tottenham on September, 15.
Martin Odegaard Injury Update

Nevertheless, Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta was more worried when he described the injury as severe and that would be out for a while without giving the exact period the player would be on the sidelines.
Next to Odegaard and Rice, Mikel Merino, the new summer signing with a shoulder injury, which he received during the first training session with Arsenal, will return no earlier than in November.

He was set to return to action earliest maybe before the home premier league fixture against Southampton.
