Current PSG superstar, Angel Gomes is living up to expectations again and making top Premier League giants especially Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur take note by showing interest in signing him again.
Gomes, now 23, moved to Lille from Old Trafford in January 2020 in a bid to play more games, and Ligue 1 has been a perfect hunting ground. Scholars mainly used to feature occasionally when he played for Manchester United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but after joining the French club he has gradually transformed into a new entity that is also awarding interest from Premier League after some recent outstanding displays both at the domestic league and level the international level.

After he entered the England squad and played brilliantly with the likes of Jack Grealish and Jude Bellingham, Premier League clubs segu are again eyeing him. The hint of the same can still be seen in his last match for England where he even helped a goal for Grealish.
There are many clubs interested in the up-and-coming midfielder such as Manchester United, Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Newcastle among others. Teams playing in the Bundesliga, and Serie A also stand prominent in the list but the increasing chances to return to the premier league seem closer with January, transfer window insights.
Yet, for United, Gomes’ return could well be a case of ‘what if’. A product of their academy, he was off to another club in search of more playing time, and now, the club may be willing to sign him yet again. For Tottenham, Gomes may prove well-utilized in meat the midfield along with James Maddison. And with Villa and Newcastle also interested, Gomes has a big decision on his hands if he is thinking of returning to England.
