Arne Slot has had a relatively easy start in his new gig at Anfield, but things are about to get a little challenging as Liverpool gears up for their next Champions League match against RB Leipzig on Wednesday 23rd of October. Slot side was in superb domestic form having registered seven wins in eight league games, but they will be hoping to translate that good run into their European_inverse campaign.
Liverpool has emerged victorious in both the group-stage matches with big wins over AC Milan and Bologna. However, RB Leipzig will be a tough nut to crack, especially with the German side coached by Marco Rose although they currently have an array of injuries.

RB Leipzig Team News: Leipzig has some of its players facing a long-term absence from the injury list. Xaver Schlager, David Raum, Nicolas Seiwald, and Assan Ouedraogo, for example, are out of reach. Goal-scorer Lois Openda and midfielder, Amadou Haidara are also in doubt having been trained separately from the team after they were injured during their weekend win against Mainz.

Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz must start at the front, while Cody Gakpo may be on the bench.
