Portugal and Croatia meet in Split on November 18 to close out the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League season.
Roberto Martinez's side have already secured top spot in Group 1 of League A with four wins and a draw from five games, with Croatia behind them in second place.
Portugal will be drawn in the quarter-finals in December, with matches scheduled for March 2025, and Croatia will not be a finalist in the group stage.

Croatia manager Zlatko Dalic is expected to change his starting line-up after a shock 1-0 defeat in Scotland last week, with Aston Villa captain John McGinn scoring a late winner. Petar Sucic will be suspended after being sent off by Glasgow and veterans Ivan Perisic and Mario Pasalic could return to the starting line-up.
Real Madrid captain and playmaker Luka Modric played 90 minutes against Scotland but is expected to lead his national team again.
Croatia's predicted line-up (4-2-3-1, from right to left): Livakovic (GK) - Jakic, Sutalo, Caleta-Car, Gvardiol - Modric, Kovacic - Perisic, Pasalic, Baturina - Kramaric.

With top spot in the group already secured, Martinez has confirmed his call to release four players from the Portugal squad, including captain Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo has returned to Al Nasr and Martinez is looking to try out new players. Bernardo Silva, Bruno Fernandes, and Pedro Neto are all set to return to Premier League action soon. Joao Felix and Vitinha are among those who could be promoted to the starting lineup after the 5-1 win against Poland in midweek.
