The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will welcome more teams than ever before in a new and expanded format.
For the first time, 32 clubs from around the world will have the chance to win the FIFA Club World Cup trophy in 2025. Teams from the AFC, CAF, Concacaf, OFC and will descend on the United States and participate in the first edition of the tournament next summer.
Participating clubs earned their place in the tournament through various qualification routes, such as winning the UEFA Champions League or the CAF Champions League in the last four years. Others punched their ticket to the United States thanks to the ranking of each of their clubs from 2021 to 2024. The last two winners of the competition, Manchester City and Real Madrid, head the long list of qualified clubs looking to add one more trophy to their trophy cabinet.
